By using InboxArk ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
InboxArk extracts email attachments from your connected email accounts (Gmail, Outlook) and stores them for you to access, download, and manage. The Service uses OAuth 2.0 with read-only or limited permissions as disclosed during authentication.
You grant InboxArk permission to access your email account via OAuth 2.0 solely for the purpose of extracting attachments. The Service accesses only the minimum scopes needed: read-only email access for Gmail, and read mail access for Microsoft Outlook. No emails are modified, deleted, or sent by the Service.
Attachments are stored on ephemeral cloud infrastructure. Retention periods vary by plan: Free (7 days), Starter (90 days), Pro (unlimited). Data beyond the retention period is automatically purged hourly. You may delete your data at any time by signing out or contacting support.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Downgrading from a paid plan to Free applies the Free plan limits on next billing cycle.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss due to infrastructure failures, rate limits, or retention purges. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
